SPEC receives a contract for design and manufacturing of a 2 Phase Separation Package for Dublin Petroleum Limited, Meseda Field, Ras Gharib, Egypt. A stock 3 Phase Separation Package was redesigned and remodified and delivered with Six (06) weeks of Contract Client to enable Client to achieve an additional throughput of 10000 BOPD on their daily production. |

Located in the heart of Bucharest, the new office building is spread over three (03) floors housing more than Sixty (60) engineers in various disciplines including Process, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation and Civil with access to the latest industry standard software supported by a high-speed network which enables real time review and updating of the engineering software across worldwide SPEC locations. |

SPEC hands over Huntoil’s Ain Sifni Phase 1 development after successfully completing Six (06) months Operations and Maintenance (O&M). Classroom and the On the Job Training (OJT) was provided to train Twenty (20) Company entry level local Kurdish facility operators thus maintaining SPEC’s and Company’s commitment to maximize local content. |

SPEC has been awarded a lumpsum turnkey contract for Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) of the third phase of Gambat Gas Field with a processing capacity of 60 MMSCFD. A modular execution philosophy will be pursued for this Project whereby bulk of equipment will be pre-packaged at SPEC’s ASME & ISO certified facility in JAFZA thereby minimizing site construction time especially considering the challenging terrain on site. |

SPEC successfully completes commissioning and performance testing of Huntoil’s Ain Sifni Phase 1 development. The field is exceeding design production capacity of 10000 BOPD high H2S sour crude oil. SPEC will operate and maintain the facility for Six (06) months before handing over to Client. SPEC is committed to maximize local content and has maintained more than 90% local skilled workers in its Operations and Maintenance (O&M) workforce. |

SPEC signs contract for Engineering, Procurement and Construction with DNO Yemen AS for their 10,000 BPD Yaalen Early Production Facilities Phase I. The Facility will be located at Block 47 in the Republic of Yemen and will process and meter crude oil, gas and produced water on a 24 hour basis. Along with the main processing facility, SPEC is also providing the necessary utilities and camp facilities for the operations personnel. The project represents SPECs return to Yemen after an almost four year absence from the country and is part of SPEC’s vision to become a prominent player in the Yemen Oil and Gas Industry. |
