Solutions

Working with SPEC
Process data and operating conditions: flow rates, fluid composition, pressures, temperatures and the product specification required. Our engineers use them to prepare a technical proposal covering the process route, equipment list, scope of supply and delivery schedule.
SPEC has fabrication facilities in the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Pakistan and China, and offices in the United Kingdom and Nigeria. Equipment has been supplied to projects in Iraq, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, Egypt, Nigeria and Mexico.
From the process datasheet. We carry out front-end and detailed engineering for the equipment we supply and size it against your gas or crude analysis. The equipment is then fabricated and tested in our own facilities. Where included in scope, SPEC can provide site integration, commissioning and after-sales support.
We fabricate pressure vessels, skid-mounted systems and multi-module process facilities. Fabrication capability includes plate rolling, CNC cutting and drilling, and automatic welding. Modules are piped, instrumented and tested before shipment where required by project scope, then connected on site. Individual modules have exceeded 100 tonnes, as on the West Qurna-1 wet crude treatment skids in Iraq.
SPEC's management systems are certified by TÜV Rheinland to ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety and ISO 14001 for environmental management. Fabrication and site activities are risk-assessed and controlled under those systems.
