SPEC's scope covered the engineering, fabrication, assembly and commissioning of the 6,500 BPSD gasoline production complex, together with its utilities, tankage, loading and unloading systems and auxiliaries.
Main process units included a naphtha hydrotreater and splitter, a catalytic reforming unit and an isomerisation unit.
The process units were engineered and fabricated by SPEC and assembled on site.
